Whole Foods Market, Inc in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Sanitation Team Member to support the Maintenance Team. You will perform daily sanitation and maintenance, operate tools, and help with minor repairs to ensure a clean and safe store environment for Team Members and guests.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50–70 lbs, and occasional night/weekend work with a rotating schedule.

Qualifikationen

Basic maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to use common tools and safety equipment.
Comfortable working with ladders and lifts.
Familiarity with repair processes and part replacement.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

Maintain facility areas to keep a clean, safe environment for team members and guests.
Perform daily and weekly sanitation and maintenance tasks.
Use protective equipment and follow safety procedures.
Keep supplies stocked and organized; assist with ordering as needed.
Communicate hazards and safety concerns to leadership.
Work with the maintenance team on minor repairs and projects.
