Job summary

CBRE Union Engineer role focusing on site equipment maintenance and instrument calibration. Schedule: 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities; on-call flexibility required.

Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and documentation while training users on system updates. Experience with MS Office and supervisory background preferred; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and education considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment.
• Address major network problems impacting multiple locations and verify documentation.
• Maintain routine maintenance schedules and technical reference materials.
• Participate in user training and create training documentation.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams.
