The Equipment Maint. Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation and activities for the maintenance department team to ensure all equipment is operational. This role may operate and provide supervision and training in the operation of various tools, interpret technical data from diagrams, sketches, blueprints and operational manuals
Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am and be able to work weekends on a rotational basis.
Responsible for supervising the activities of all maintenance technicians. This includes the assignment of tasks, coordination of activities with other departments and training of staff in the skills they will need to successfully fulfill their job duties. Shall review activities of staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of work performed. Shall serve as the shift’s emergency maintenance contact person for production and engineering personnel. Will daily communicate the status of all work completed or in progress to the Maintenance Manager and the rest of the project & emergency maintenance staff. Must adhere and follow up to ensure staff adheres to all environmental, safety and health policies plans and procedures. Must complete all departmental documentation neatly, completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Shall schedule, supervise and assist with projects on assigned weekends. Shall perform other related duties as required by the Management and deemed required and necessary.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $78,953 - $131,589
