Responsibilities

• Documentation, Reporting, & Analysis: maintain accurate records and analyze data.
• Equipment Procurement: assist in ordering equipment and verify details (delivery date, specs, vendor).
• Invoicing & Administrative Accuracy: process invoices and maintain a zero-balance invoice queue.
• Operational Support & Team Development: identify inefficiencies and assist with inventory control and logistics.
