Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in equipment finance, asset-based lending, or commercial finance.
• Strong drafting skills and experience handling multiple matters simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
• Admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction corresponding to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of equipment finance transactions.
• Assist with local counsel opinions and ensure accuracy across opinion packages.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction details.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Provide practical, solution-oriented support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
