Job summary

onsemi is seeking highly skilled technicians for our 300 mm fab in East Fishkill, NY. You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot diffusion furnace equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement on a 12-hour shift schedule.

The role is in a 24/7 facility with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a base pay range of $21.20 to $36.92 per hour, plus benefits. Candidates should have a High School diploma, 2–4 years of experience, fluent English, and the ability to work in a

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and qualify state-of-the-art 300 mm diffusion furnace equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and teach others how to perform it.
• React to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment.
• Review SPC charts and other indicators, address Out of Control conditions.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks.
• Recover from process and tool interruptions.
• Identify areas for improvement to optimize tool availability and cost.
• Complete reporting and documentation.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
