Job summary

Evonik Corporation in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking an Equipment Engineering Lead to act as the onsite liaison between Process Design and Equipment Engineering, translating process documentation into detailed equipment specs and execution packages. You will lead third-party engineering teams, coordinate with Procurement, oversee FATs, and drive field execution from construction through turnover.

  • 15+ years of equipment engineering or project experience on large capital chemical/manufacturing projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with international vendors.
