Job summary
A cutting-edge technology manufacturer in Wenatchee is seeking an Equipment Engineer to lead improvement projects for advanced manufacturing equipment. This role involves identifying upgrades, providing technical support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years of engineering experience. Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and independent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute upgrades to manufacturing equipment.
- Provide support for facility-level equipment and troubleshooting.
- Work with suppliers on parts improvements and hardware integration.
- Collaborate with teams to develop procedures and documentation.
- Install and maintain equipment, providing technical support as needed.
