Job Overview

Systems Control is looking for an Equipment Enclosure Machine Operator to become part of our Integrated Substation Solutions team. The role involves operating machines such as plasma cutter, laser, press brake, and other equipment to produce enclosure components.

A Day In The Life

• Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality.
• Performing pre‑inspection and post‑inspection of cores and materials.
• Following all safety rules and ISO requirements.
• Adhering to all company rules and policies.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Performing scheduled maintenance.
• Ensuring work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
• Ensuring machines are running properly to avoid unnecessary downtime.
• Finishing units to the production specification sheet.
• Performing Total Preventive Maintenance duties.

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Solid understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.
• Ability to set up finishing machines and an understanding of machine settings and functions (required).
• Ability to operate a hoist properly and safely.
