Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals—the fastest growing rental business in North America— is seeking a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards.

Includes reporting, scheduling, and supports customer service/sales goals of the business unit. Education or experience that prepares you for success High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in role applications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in a role applying knowledge of various construction/industrial equipment.
• Experience applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Customer service and dispatch training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment to customers.
• Oversee application of the DOT standards relevant to the role.
• Include reporting, scheduling, and support for customer service/sales goals.
• Overtime eligibility and essential functions may vary by task.
