Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely (or willingness to learn).
• Comfort working outdoors and in a wash bay environment across varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable, hardworking work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail new and used agricultural and construction equipment (tractors, implements, utility vehicles) using pressure washers, steam cleaners, and detailing supplies.
• Perform pre-delivery washes and final inspections on equipment before customer pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized wash bay area, ensure proper disposal of runoff and adherence to environmental regulations, and routine upkeep of washing equipment.
• Assist yard and service department staff with moving equipment, loading/unloading machinery, and staging inventory around the Aurora lot.
• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks and assist shop technicians with general shop cleanup as needed.
