21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring a full‑time Utility Detail Specialist to maintain and care for our equipment inventory. If you’re thorough and detail‑oriented, you will contribute to keeping our fleet looking great and performing at its best.

Responsibilities include detailing exteriors, waxing, interior cleaning, inspecting units, painting touch‑ups, and maintaining organized tools. Compliance with safety practices is essential, and lifting up to 75 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to operate equipment from garden tractors to large combines.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety practices.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, and use a high‑pressure washer for long periods.
• Willing to perform multiple duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail equipment exteriors.
• Wax, buff, and restore surfaces.
• Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery.
• Inspect units for dings, dents or scratches.
• Touch up blemishes using paint and repair materials.
• Use cleaners and revitalizers for stains.
• Apply tire dressing and clean engine compartments.
• Ensure decals and stickers are properly applied.
• Replace damaged or missing parts.
• Maintain organized tools and workspaces.
