Job summary

Brandon Hire Station is hiring a Driver/Branch Assistant to manage daily deliveries and collections and to support branch operations. You will demonstrate equipment to customers, maintain safety in transit and on-site, and assist with miscellaneous branch tasks.

You will be the face of Brandon Hire Station on the road, applying your customer service skills and knowledge of machinery while delivering tools and equipment across the area.

Qualifications

• Multi-drop driving experience and good knowledge of the area.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Interest in machinery and willingness to learn more about equipment.
• Basic safety awareness in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all deliveries and collections as allocated by your line manager.
• Give clear and confident demonstrations of equipment to customers when required.
• Display professional customer service on site and while driving the company vehicle.
• Ensure all equipment is stored safely in branch and in transit.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties within the branch.
