Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing loads, guiding customers on equipment use, and driving a company vehicle safely in all weather conditions. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up all coolers, micro-market, and vending equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Live and model Brown values in everything we do.
• Perform inside and outside appliance and equipment delivery.
• Move heavy equipment using dollies, lift gates, and other tools as needed.
• Check equipment to be loaded for delivery and ensure it has all required parts.
• Secure equipment to assure safe transportation.
• Instruct customers on use and care of delivered equipment.
• Operate the company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Report any critical situations to the Service Manager promptly.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
• Inside and outside appliance and equipment delivery.
• Frequent heavy lifting and moving equipment during installations.
• Checking all equipment to be loaded for delivery and ensuring that it has all the required parts.
• Properly securing all equipment to assure safe transportation.
• Verifying that all pertinent data is recorded on each contract and that each piece of equipment has a corresponding contract.
• Instructing customers on the use and care of the equipment delivered and installed.
• Operating the company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Reporting immediately to the Service Manager any situation which may be deemed critical or is in any way questionable.
• Dealing with each customer in a consistently cheerful, positive manner to ensure a harmonious working relationship and to build good will between BBG and each account.
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Physical Demands

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Able to move heavy equipment with the use of dollies, lift gates, etc.
• Able to bend, stoop and climb on an intermittent basis.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.

Work Environment

• Work both indoors and outdoors at customer locations.
• Exposed to hot, cold, and rainy conditions.
