Job summary

CareLinc Medical Equipment seeks an Equipment Cleaner to clean, calibrate and maintain medical equipment and instrumentation. You will disinfect, inspect, and document actions for each piece of equipment, while keeping repair parts stocked and following safety protocols.

What will you be doing:

The Equipment Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning, calibrating and maintenance of medical equipment and instrumentations. Essential duties of the position include:

• Responsible to disinfect, clean, and inspect all equipment/instrumentation for safety and quality. Documents appropriate actions taken with each piece of equipment.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels for repair parts and supplies
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling equipment. (Ex. gloves, protective eye wear and gowns to comply with universal precautions.)
• Provides repair and maintenance for all types of equipment/instrumentation. Maintain records for all repairs and maintenance performed according to company policies.
