Job summary

United Rentals, the world's largest equipment rental provider, is hiring at our Torrance location. This role involves inspecting returned equipment, ensuring safety compliance, cleaning gear, and preparing items for rental.

You will also load/unload equipment and may drive a delivery truck to move equipment between sites. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong communication and teamwork, and a keen eye for safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Effective communication, multi-tasking and strong teamwork skills.
• Diligent attention to safety.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities
