Job summary

United Rentals has an Equipment Associate role in Torrance, CA as part of our Tech Development Program (TDP). You will support service technicians and branch staff by performing a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Starting in this development role, you gain hands-on experience with rental equipment, safety checks and customer-facing demonstrations while pursuing a path toward becoming a Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment for damage, hours used, mileage and fuel level upon return to the branch.

This position is part of a development training program to jump start your career path into becoming a Service Technician for United Rentals.Starting as an Equipment Associate at United Rentals, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to ensure smooth branch operation.
