United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Associate to support trench safety operations by assembling, loading, unloading, and preparing equipment for rental. You will assist with deliveries and perform safety checks on gear while engaging customers and answering questions.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness to safety, and accuracy in processing delivery tickets. Training and advancement opportunities are available through the Driver development pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Experience operating medium to large forklifts preferred
• Knowledge of trench safety equipment is an advantage but not required
• Some knowledge of computers and phone apps
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
• Diligent attention to safety
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• PPE and work boots are provided by the company

Your primary objective will be to provide labor assistance in preparing customer orders and maintaining trench safety equipment.
