Job summary

Prime Conveyor Inc. in Merrillville, IN is seeking motivated Equipment Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery and hand tools, read prints, and work from engineering drawings to build conveyor systems.

Qualified candidates must be organized, able to work independently, pass a drug screen and background check, and have a GSD attitude. Shift hours: 6:00am–4:30pm Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–3:30pm Friday depending on workload; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings in the English Language.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Have a GSD (get stuff done) attitude

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery, hand tools etc.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Complete paperwork including weekly timesheets and material order sheets.
• Work from prints to manufacture parts.
