Desert Pines Equine in Southern Nevada seeks a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, receptionists, and clients, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture in our seven-doctor equine hospital. You will oversee payroll processing, HR policies, onboarding, budgeting, and financial health, ensuring exceptional care and client service while supporting our leadership team in delivering veterinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR policy development.
• Strong interpersonal and client-service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and drive practice growth.
