Job summary

PremierGarage of Baltimore is seeking an Installer to lead timely installations of closets, garage cabinetry, shelving, and commercial storage systems in clients' homes. You will take precise measurements, explain the process, and set realistic expectations for a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities include installing storage solutions, maintaining exceptional workmanship, and clear communication with customers. A team-oriented role, with opportunities for skill growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with uncompromising quality.
• Familiar with standard hand and power tools.
• Carpentry experience desired but willing to train.
• General construction knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and measurements on a tape measure.

Position Overview

As an Installer, you will be responsible for the timely installation of a closet, office organization cabinetry, garage cabinets, garage flooring, and office organization cabinetry

Responsibilities

• Install closets, garage flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in client's homes
• Take precise measurements and explain the process to clients, communicating reasonable and accurate expectations
• Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations
• Communicate clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
