QuestMark / CentiMark is seeking an Epoxy Flooring Foreperson to lead installation projects across multiple sites from Boise, ID. You will supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality flooring solutions including polished concrete, epoxy and urethane systems.

Role requires travel, willingness to work nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license. Company offers competitive pay, health/insurance, and 401(k) with ESOP and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.
