We are recruiting for Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman roles to join our field teams in Texas.

These positions require initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for career advancement through our Field Certification and Safety & Risk programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass respirator medical evaluation and fit test.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete and flooring systems.
• Comply with health and safety rules.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Meet or exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
