Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze claims to determine coverage, liability and damages.
• Communicate positions to insureds and required parties regarding coverage and damages.
• Set and monitor reserves; present cases to management for authority.
• Manage litigation with defense counsel, including budgeting and bill review.
• Attend trials and mediations as necessary.
• Prepare reports and deliver presentations on case developments to senior leadership.
