Job summary

Aerotek in Irving, TX is seeking an EPJ Operator to pull orders with pick sheets, stage goods on electric pallet jacks, and support fast-paced warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in warehousing, EPJ experience, and familiarity with food distribution environments. Work hours typically start early, with occasional Saturday inventory and contract-to-hire potential within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fast-paced warehouse experience in picking, pulling, shipping, and receiving.
• 1–2 years of experience operating electric pallet jacks (EPJs).
• Experience in food distribution warehouses is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when pulling and staging orders.
• Ability to work in dry and freezer environments and in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately and efficiently using pick sheets in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Hand-pull products and stage on electric pallet jacks for shipping.
• Support shipping/receiving by organizing, staging, and preparing orders for outbound shipments.
• Assist with receiving incoming products, verify counts, and organize inventory.
• Handle inventory to minimize damage and maintain stock levels.
• Work with a warehouse team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow safety procedures while operating pallet jacks in dry and freezer environments.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workload demands throughout the day.
• Participate in periodic inventory activities, including one Saturday per quarter for counts.
