Atlantic Health is seeking a Neurologist to join our Epilepsy Division within the Department of Neuroscience. The role spans Overlook Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center, both Level 4 epilepsy centers, offering a balanced schedule with limited call.

The ideal candidate has completed a 2-year epilepsy fellowship and will interpret EEG studies, including long-term video EEG, while supporting workups for antiepileptic devices and collaborating with referring physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have completed a 2-year epilepsy fellowship.
• Proficiency in interpreting EEG studies including long-term video EEG.
• Experience overseeing workups for placement of antiepileptic devices.
• Strong collaboration with referring physicians and staff physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat seizure disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Interpret EEG studies, including long-term video EEG.
• Identify candidates and oversee workups for AED device placement.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and integrate with existing Epilepsy Division staff.
