Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Epic Wisdom Lead to join a leading academic medical center in the Northeast. You will steer the design, build, and optimization of the Epic Wisdom module, supporting dental and specialty workflows across the organization.

You will act as the functional lead and SME, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Active Epic Wisdom Certification.
5+ years of Epic Applications Analyst experience with Wisdom lead experience.
Strong knowledge of Epic tools, workflows and best practices.
Experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Epic Wisdom.
Serve as Build Lead and Onshore Coordinator; facilitate design sessions with clinical/business stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specs; configure Epic Wisdom for dental workflows (scheduling, documentation, billing, patient experience).
Coordinate offshore build teams; support cutover planning and go-live activities.
Provide post go-live support; troubleshoot issues; deliver training; mentor team members.
