Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 5+ years of experience in lieu.
• 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Epic certification(s) in specified applications or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience supporting Epic Community Connect or affiliate implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of Epic training materials.
• Conduct workflow analysis with stakeholders.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions.
• Partner with project managers to assess training needs.
