Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in the United States seeks an experienced healthcare technology leader to provide technical leadership for Epic applications within a large healthcare environment. You will influence architecture, guide system optimization, and mentor technical teams to deliver impactful Epic-driven solutions.

You'll collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and drive enterprise decisions while advancing Epic-supported workflows and patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background working with Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting, configuring, optimizing, or leading Epic initiatives.
• Familiarity with Epic-integrated environments, interfaces, interoperability solutions, reporting tools, and downstream systems.
• Experience mentoring analysts, engineers, or technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Epic Platform Leadership: Serve as a senior technical resource for Epic applications and related healthcare technologies.
• Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy: Define future-state architecture and technology roadmaps; translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to solve challenges; present recommendations to leadership.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Development: Mentor analysts and technical team members on Epic functionality and best practices.
