Job summary

Prominence Advisors is seeking an Epic PB/HB analyst to support a post go-live optimization project at a large health system following a recent Epic implementation. This role focuses on diagnosing billing and claim-edit issues directly in the Epic build and correcting upstream workflow and data quality to improve revenue integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Epic Advisor experience, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and will work with track leaders to maximize impact

Qualifications

• Epic PB and/or HB certifications are required.
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Get into the Epic build itself and diagnose billing or claim-edit issues at the source.
• Correct upstream workflow, build/configuration, and data-quality issues while helping reduce outstanding inventory.
• Work closely with your track's leader on the areas of highest impact.
• Bring strong charge capture analysis, revenue capture, and revenue integrity skills — relevant across all three tracks.

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role
