Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Epic Patient Access Consultant to join our remote consulting team. The role focuses on optimizing Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, RTE, and related configurations to improve patient access and cash flow.

As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with client IT teams, develop build specifications, and support testing and implementation across multiple sites. The position requires travel up to 25% and Epic certifications as noted.

Qualificações

• Epic Prelude certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
• Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
• Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining and plan mapping.
• Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
• Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
• Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
• Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.

Huron’s Healthcare Transformation Services (HDTx) team works with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges, so we are constantly searching for skilled technical consultants to help our clients maximize their technology investments. Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.

As an Epic Patient Access Consultant, you will:

• Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.

• Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.

• OptimizeReal-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.

• Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.

• Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.

The estimated base hourly rate for Epic Senior Consultants varies based on experience, project engagement and client expectations. The actual rate paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This position is eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
