Job summary

Deloitte US is seeking an experienced Epic OpTime Senior Consultant to join our project delivery team in a collaborative environment without extensive travel requirements. You will configure OpTime workflows, translate OR workflows, and design configurations to meet safety, regulatory, HIPAA, ICD-10 and audit-trail standards, collaborating with clinical and IT stakeholders.

The role includes testing, issue resolution, deployment support, and ensuring end-user readiness for OpTime enhancements;

Qualifications

• Epic OpTime certification required.
• 4+ years of OpTime build and maintenance experience.
• Experience building surgical scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation and anesthesia records.
• Experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, business, or healthcare field.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Travel up to 10% and ability to support Pacific time zone hours.

Qualifications

Required

• Epic OpTime certification


• 4+ years of recent experience in OpTime application build and maintenance


• Experience with building surgical scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation and anesthesia records


• Experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support


• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience


• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.


• Must be able to support Pacific time zone hours

Preferred

• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and team members


• Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500.
