Position Overview
The Learning Analyst develops personalized and generalized learning programs, including workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops for OCHIN members. They may specialize in specific subjects, training programs, or organizational functions, and evaluate the effectiveness of workflows and training through performance results and feedback. Training areas include clinical or operational workflows, Practice Management, Primary Care/Specialty, Acute Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and Reporting. The Learning Analyst maintains learning program documentation, videos, and workflows.
