Position Overview

The Learning Analyst develops personalized and generalized learning programs, including workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops for OCHIN members. They may specialize in specific subjects, training programs, or organizational functions, and evaluate the effectiveness of workflows and training through performance results and feedback. Training areas include clinical or operational workflows, Practice Management, Primary Care/Specialty, Acute Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and Reporting. The Learning Analyst maintains learning program documentation, videos, and workflows.

Essential Duties

  1. Deliver interactive training that meets learning objectives while promoting OCHIN best practices.
  2. Perform workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System.
  3. Provide feedback on training, workflows, documentation, and videos.
  4. Assist in designing new learning programs and enhancing existing ones, including creating lesson plans and training aids.
  5. Create and update notifications for new or revised learning materials.
  6. Facilitate workflow design sessions to identify member operational and custom needs.
  7. Collect and analyze member feedback from sessions, including one-on-one, in-field, and virtual support.
  8. Demo workflows within Epic to members.
  9. Assist members with personal build and integration of Epic OCHIN system, covering clinical, operational workflows, and various billing and reporting areas.
  10. Provide one-on-one, in-the-field support for workflow coaching, mapping, optimization, and go-live support.
  11. Facilitate discovery, assessment, and delivery of optimization for member installations.
  12. Design and maintain courses with clear learning objectives, interactive scenarios, and assessments.
  13. Create and maintain written deliverables such as user guides, facilitator guides, workbooks, scripts, and workflow diagrams.
  14. Develop and update video content for training and workflow demonstrations.
  15. Balance instructional modalities to enhance adult learning experiences.
  16. Maintain OCHIN’s workflow knowledge base.
  17. Support team members as a buddy and collaborate effectively.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.
