Job summary

DCS is seeking an Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst – Level II for a full-time remote role based in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the US and brings strong Epic experience with ambulatory clinical workflows.

You will build, configure, test, and troubleshoot Kaleidoscope, ensure accurate imaging workflows, documentation tools, and device integrations while collaborating with clinical stakeholders, supporting upgrades, optimization, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Epic experience.
  • Ambulatory clinical workflow knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Cadence and OpTime is beneficial.

Job description

We are looking for an Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst – Level II for a full-time permanent remote role in Durham, NC

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and reside on the East Coast.

SALARY:
  • $90K-$95K annually
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst supports Ambulatory clinical workflows with a focus on ophthalmology and optometry. This role performs system build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within Kaleidoscope, ensuring accurate imaging workflows, documentation tools, and device integrations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates should have there (3) to five (5) years of Epic experience and strong Ambulatory knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Cadence and OpTime are highly beneficial for scheduling and perioperative alignment.
  • The analyst collaborates with clinical stakeholders, resolves issues, and supports upgrades, optimization, and ongoing operational needs.
Required Education or additional experience:
  • Work requires technical knowledge generally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree program in a related clinical, technical, informatics, operational, or business field, or equivalent experience.
