OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage projects across the organization. You will facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, track follow-ups, and ensure deliverables progress.
You will work with project champions, owners, and stakeholders to achieve successful cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, and provide clear status updates. A background in healthcare IT and proficiency with Smartsheet or PM software is highly valued.

Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and management of new and existing related projects at OCHIN. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, tracking all follow-ups and assuring deliverables are executed to progress your projects forward. You will manage project plans, raise risks and create risk mitigation plans to assure deadlines are met. You will provide clear updates to and coordinate with other project managers and leadership at OCHIN to assure project health.
You will work closely with project champions, owners, and stakeholders to achieve successful projects requiring cross-functional activities and tracking between various teams at OCHIN. You will work closely with internal and external project managers, analysts, and operations staff who range in areas of expertise.

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. The typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint (min-$58,039 - mid-$72,547), with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, alignment with market data, and experience but most importantly is internal equity.
