Job summary

Vytal Health Partners seeks an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to lead development, implementation, and support of Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose. You will optimize these platforms to strengthen care management workflows and population health initiatives, building reports and dashboards for ACOs and providers to measure quality, cost, and outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with healthcare information systems.
Active Epic Healthy Planet or Compass Rose certification.
Willingness to obtain additional Epic certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose support, including testing upgrades.
Design, build, test, and train teams on workflows and troubleshoot configurations.
Create reports and dashboards to track cost, quality, and outcomes for ACOs.
Apply program evaluation to assess impact on costs, utilization, quality, and productivity.
Analyze illness burden trends and drivers across diverse populations.
Lead integration of new reporting systems and ML tools while preserving data integrity.
Provide responsive support to physicians and care teams across sites.
