The University of Rochester is seeking an IT leader to manage a team responsible for evaluating, planning, directing and coordinating Epic EHR applications and information systems to improve operations, clinical care, and billing.

You will oversee staff development, coordinate with vendor representatives, and ensure projects align with URMC strategic goals while promoting Lean improvements and strong end-user support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages team responsible for evaluating, planning, directing and coordinating information applications, systems and technologies to improve operations, clinical care, use of resources and billing and accounts receivables.
• Directs assigned groups, projects and activities, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Serves as primary liaison for Epic EHR applications and directs the build and changes.
• Coordinates software updates, testing of new releases and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensures system meets end-user needs with vendor and IT collaboration.
• Leads Lean operational improvements and change control processes.
