Job summary

Polaris Advisors is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid/Radiant Analyst to support a long-term managed services engagement with a healthcare organization in the United States. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization for Epic Cupid and Radiant, helping ensure stability of clinical workflows across cardiovascular and radiology service lines.

Collaboration with clinicians and IT teams in a production-support environment is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant.
• Understanding of cardiovascular or radiology clinical workflows.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident management, service requests, and application maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Epic Cupid and/or Radiant applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and clinical workflow interruptions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and application changes in accordance with established SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Support application configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, imaging technologists, operational leaders, and other IT teams.
• Participate in release activities, after-hours maintenance, and on-call support as required.
• Maintain documentation and follow established support procedures and service standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epic applications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical stakeholders and technical teams in a production support environment.
