WellBridge of Novi is hiring a Cook for the EPIC Culinary team in Novi, MI. Roles include preparing meals with high quality and safety standards, collaborating with the Executive Chef to review menus, and ensuring timely meal service.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours, rotating weekends, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation starts at $17.00–$19.00 per hour with hero pay and wage increases, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance are achieved.
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests and their families.

Education
