• Supports patient care and operational areas by identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining clinical information systems.
• Facilitates design, validation and implementation support of future components of clinical information systems.
• Learns and leads end-user sessions; prioritizes projects with clinical/operational leaders to align with goals.
• Provides expert Epic content knowledge and supports evidence-based practice across locations.
• Develops reports and analyzes system impact to show ROI and outcomes.
