Job summary

Insight Global in Bellevue, WA is seeking a senior Epic Beaker Analyst to backfill day-to-day work while the team focuses on a large Community Connect initiative. This role will provide operational support, Beaker build work, upgrades, testing, and laboratory workflow configuration.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on Beaker build experience and be able to collaborate with laboratory stakeholders to resolve production issues and support optimization requests.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Epic Beaker builds and Aura Lab interfaces.
• Experience supporting Beaker production environments.
• Experience with upgrades and testing of Epic Beaker systems.
• Reference lab test build experience.

This individual will provide operational support, ticket resolution, upgrade assistance, and laboratory build work. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Beaker build experience rather than simply holding Epic certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Beaker ticket queue and operational support activities
• Perform Beaker build, maintenance, and enhancements
• Assist with Epic upgrade activities, testing, and implementation
• Configure and support laboratory workflows
• Work with laboratory stakeholders to support production issues and optimization requests
• Participate in small to medium sized project efforts
