Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu.
• 5+ years in information technology or product/project management.
• 3+ years leading a technology or cross-functional project team.
• 3+ years of experience with large and complex implementations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Epic admin-level certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Plan, design, and deliver programs to integrate acquisitions onto assigned enterprise platform(s).
• Propose delivery priorities with multiple business units or teams.
• Support enterprise platform governance to establish and adjust priorities.
• Coordinate with enterprise architecture to position the platform within Abbott’s framework.
• Ensure monitoring and reporting for assigned platforms; participate in incident management and performance tuning.
• Guide evaluations of new IT solutions and lead implementations.
• Oversee incremental releases of functionality and maintain scalable workflows across departments.
