Job summary

# EPIC Application CoordinatorApply**Job#: 3051988****Job Description:**Apex Systems is hiring an EPIC Application Coordinator for a large Healthcare client.**Location:** Fully remote anywhere in the United States.Role OverviewThe Epic Application Coordinator will support the build for a pilot implementation of MyChart Bedside TV. This role involves designing, building, and supporting the Epic MyChart Bedside application. The position requires a senior-level professional who can work independently and collaborate effectively with various teams while managing impacts on other work streams.Key Responsibilities* Design, build, and support the Epic MyChart Bedside application.* Analyze, test, and validate new features, upgrades, and enhancements.* Collaborate with other Epic Analysts, Business Operations, Testing, Development, Epic Technical Support, and Implementation teams.* Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows.* Adhere to established change management processes and standards.* Perform Epic build and support for a MyChart Bedside TV pilot, collaborating with project team members and stakeholders.* Implement additional features in MyChart Bedside, including production build, testing, defect remediation, and deployment.* Support Epic Upgrades for the MyChart Bedside module.Required Qualifications**Education:** A high school diploma is required.**Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.**Certifications:** Epic certification for MyChart obtained within the past 3 to 5 years is required.**Technical Skills:** A technical understanding of Epic's capabilities and interdependencies between Epic modules is required.**General Skills:*** Strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.* Experience with clinical and operational workflows in a healthcare setting.* Ability to tailor communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field.* Experience with productivity ticketing systems such as Service Now or Jira.* Familiarity with Epic Clinical Documentation, ASAP, Inpatient orders, Appointment Scheduling, and/or Clarity.* Experience with Epic Data Courier. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
