Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an EPI GAN Equipment Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades and installation of equipment across the fab. You will interface with engineering and manufacturing to ensure issues are solved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include monitoring tool performance, analyzing data, coordinating supplier service, and preparing technical reports with recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Two years semiconductor experience as Technician OR eight years non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce down time.
• Monitor and analyze data to improve tool performance and address issues.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and summarize findings with recommended solutions.
