Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking Data Center EPG technicians to support startup, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of standby generator systems at data centers.

You will work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, troubleshoot, and verify readiness for critical operations. This hands-on field role requires a mechanical inclination, willingness to learn, and comfort with travel, long hours, and outdoor/industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with travel, long hours, and changing schedules.
• Diesel, electrical, industrial, or construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with startup and commissioning of standby generators and associated equipment.
• Perform inspections, PM services, and functional testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Help perform load bank testing and system verification.
• Read and follow checklists, drawings, and procedures.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
• Follow all customer safety requirements and LOTO procedures.
• Travel to data center job sites and work overtime as project schedules require.
• Participate in after-hours support and emergency response when needed.
