The EPC Workforce Specialist supports the coordination and administration of field workforce activities across Qcells USA's EPC construction projects. This role is responsible for tracking labor resources, maintaining workforce data, coordinating with staffing agencies, and supporting the COO organization in meeting manpower requirements throughout all phases of project execution. Working closely with the EPC project team, HR, and site supervision, the EPC Workforce Specialist ensures accurate workforce records, timely communication of labor needs, coordination of project (and per diem) assignments, and workforce reporting requirements.
This position reports to the Workforce Manager, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is hybrid located in our Houston, TX office reporting to the office up to 4 day per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 10%.
