Qualifications

US citizenship and Top Secret clearance required for national security work.
EPA Section 608 Certification required.
Hands-on HVAC experience with preventive maintenance.
Ability to read equipment manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, inspect, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and air distribution systems.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repairs to restore system performance.
Monitor HVAC system operation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues.
Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
Complete maintenance documentation, service reports, and work orders accurately.
Support equipment replacements, facility upgrades, and HVAC improvement projects.
