Qualifications
2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology laboratory.
Direct EP laboratory experience with catheter ablation procedures is preferred.
Experience with implanting pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support in the cardiac electrophysiology laboratory.
Assist with complex diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Collaborate with electrophysiologist during procedures.
Skills
Strong working knowledge of cardiac anatomy
Dysrhythmia interpretation
Electrophysiology principles
Proficiency with fluoroscopy
Radiation safety practices
Education
Active registry credential (ARRT, RCES, or RCIS)
ACLS certification
BLS certification
