Qualifications

• Proven collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Solid understanding of compliance and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily EP team activities, ensuring on-time, accurate work.
• Primary contact for team-level operational issues and escalations.
• Monitor workload, performance, and service levels; adjust priorities.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and quality requirements are followed.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on priorities.
• Prepare reports and updates on team performance.
