Job summary

Saint Luke's CC-Plaza is hiring a Medical Assistant to support providers and patients in their clinic, with training provided for entrants. Mon-Fri, 7am to 5:30pm (4-10 hour days).

The 10-week paid MA program covers pharmacology, medical terminology, lab values, and BLS certification, all while integrating into Saint Luke's culture with emphasis on patient safety and customer service. Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience.
• Certified Nurse Aide (MO) registry approved by state.
• Certificate in MA program or related training preferred.

The Medical Assistant Program allows participants to learn about a variety of Saint Luke's Physician Group clinics. The 10-week paid program will offer a comprehensive review of body systems including pharmacology, medical terminology, lab values and BLS certification. Medical Assistants in training will also be introduced to Saint Luke's culture with an emphasis on customer service and patient safety.
